RRB ALP Eligibility Criteria 2024
Education: You should have either passed 10th grade and have an ITI Trade certificate, or have a 3-year diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Age: You should be between 18 and 30 years old as of July 1, 2024. If you’re from OBC (NCL), you can be up to 33 years old, and if you’re from SC/ST, you can be up to 35 years old.
RRB ALP Selection Process 2024
CBT I:
- It’s an online test that lasts 60 minutes.
- You answer 75 questions on Math, Reasoning, Science, and Current Affairs.
- Each correct answer gets you 1 point, but you lose ⅓ point for each wrong answer.
CBT II:
- This is also an online test, but it’s longer – 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Part A has 100 questions on the same subjects as CBT I.
- Part B has 75 questions on your trade.
- The marking scheme is the same as CBT I.
Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT):
- If you pass CBT I and II, you be invited to take this test.
- The final selection list is based on your performance in all these tests
RRB ALP Application Fee 2024
If you applying for the Assistant Loco Pilot job at the Railway Recruitment Boards and you’re from the General category or OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), you need to pay an application fee of ₹500. But if you from SC, ST, Ex-Serviceman, PWDs, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class, your fee is only ₹250.
