RTPC Bihar Important Information 2024
- A person’s caste is based on their father’s caste, not their husband’s.
- Caste certificates are always valid.
- Permanent residence certificates are valid forever, but temporary ones are valid for a year from the issue date.
- Income certificates are valid for one year from the issue date.
- Original certificates will be returned to the candidates after verification.
- A new creamy layer free certificate can be issued if candidates provide an undertaking that they don’t fall in the creamy layer, based on the old certificate.
- There’s no need to repeatedly make a creamy layer certificate. For state services, an application is made with an undertaking along with the old certificate.

How to Apply RTPS Bihar Certificate 2024?
- Visit the RTPS website at serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- If you are new, click on “Register Yourself” to create a login ID and password.
- Log in and select the relevant department’s services from the website’s left menu.
- Choose “Apply for Service” from the same menu, read the form, fill it out, and upload your photo. Make any necessary changes and save it as a draft.
- Complete the form. You’ll receive an OTP on your mobile for verification.
- After filling out the form, upload your required documents.
- Once you submitted the form, save a copy of the pass for your records.
How to Download RTPS Bihar Certificate 2024?
- Go to the RTPS Bihar website at serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Click on “Download Certificate” on the left side of the homepage.
