Indian Army Agniveer Application Fee 2024
To apply for the Agniveer role in the Indian Army and take the online test, you need to pay a fee of ₹250 in 2024. You can pay this fee with a debit or credit card.
Indian Army Agniveer Eligibility Criteria 2024
- gniveer (GD): You need to pass 10th grade with 45% marks.
- Agniveer (Technical): You need to pass 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
- Agniveer (Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner): You need to pass 12th grade and have an ITI certificate.
- Agniveer Clerk: You need to pass 12th grade with Science, Commerce or Arts with 60% marks and have typing skills.
- Agniveer Store Keeper (Technical): You need to pass 12th grade with at least 60% marks.
- Agniveer Tradesman: You need to pass 8th or 10th grade.
For all roles, your age should be between 17.5 and 23 years. There’s age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules.
Indian Army Exam Pattern 2024
- General Duty: You need 35 marks to pass. Each correct answer gives you 2 marks, and each wrong answer takes away 0.5 marks. The exam has 50 questions on General Knowledge, General Science, Maths, and Logical Reasoning, for a total of 100 marks.
- Technical: You need 80 marks to pass. Each correct answer gives you 4 marks, and each wrong answer takes away 1 mark. The exam has 50 questions on General Knowledge, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, for a total of 200 marks.
- Clerk: You need 80 marks (32 in each part) to pass. Each correct answer gives you 4 marks, and each wrong answer takes away 1 mark. The exam has 50 questions on General Knowledge, General Science, Maths, Computer Science, and General English, for a total of 200 marks.
Indian Army Agniveer Physical Details 2024
Below are the physical requirements for the Agniveer role in the Indian Army:
- 1.6 Km Run: You need to finish within 5 min 30 sec for 60 marks or 5 min 31 sec to 5 min 45 sec for 48 marks.
- Pull-Ups: You get 40 marks for 10 pull-ups, with fewer marks for fewer pull-ups.
- 9 Feet Ditch and Zig-Zag Balance: You need to qualify in these.
- Agniveer (GD) and Tradesman: You need to be 170 cm tall and have a chest size of 77 cm + 5 cm expansion.
- Agniveer (Clerk/ Store Keeper/ Technical): You need to be 162 cm tall and have a chest size of 77 cm + 5 cm expansion.
