The Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission hasn’t given a date for the admit card release yet. It’s expected to be available on their website in February 2024 for Forest Guard, Forester, and Live Stock Inspector roles. To download and print the admit card, you need your Registration Number and Date of Birth. So, keep these details ready for when the admit card is released.

OSSSC Admit Card 2024 Details
You can download and print the admit card for the Forest Guard, Forester, and Live Stock Inspector posts from the OSSSC website. The admit card will have your details like name, parents’ names, photo, signature, exam date and time, post name, reporting time, gate closing time, category, and gender. If you find any mistakes in the admit card, you can get them corrected by emailing OSSSC.
How to download the OSSSC Admit Card 2024?
- Go to the OSSSC website.Find and click on the ‘Admit Card – Forest Guard, Forester and Live Stock Inspector 2023-24’ option.Enter your Registration Number and Date Of Birth, then click ‘Login’
OSSSC Exam Date & Pattern
The OSSSC will announce the exam dates for the Forest Guard, Forester, and Live Stock Inspector posts. The exam will be offline, likely in February 2024.
Exam Pattern: The exam will be 2.5 hours long with 150 multiple-choice questions from Odia, English, Maths, General Knowledge, Computer Knowledge, and General Science. The exam will be in English and Odia. Each question is worth 1 mark, but you’ll lose half a mark for wrong answers. The questions will be at the Matriculation level.
OSSSC PMT/PET 2024
Physical Measurement Test (PMT):
- Live Stock Inspector: Men need to be at least 5’2″ (UR/SEBC) or 5’ (SC/ST) tall with a 30″ chest. Women need to be at least 5’ tall.
- Forester & Forest Guard: Men need to be at least 168 cm (UR/SEBC/SC) or 158 cm (ST) tall with an 81 cm chest (can expand up to 5 cm). Women need to be at least 153 cm tall.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
- Forester & Forest Guard: Men need to walk 25 km in 4 hours. Women need to walk 16 km in 4 hours.
- Live Stock Inspector: Both men and women need to know how to cycle.
